The Hilton Molino Stucky is one of Venice's most impressive hotels and boasts views along the Giudecca Canal to Piazza San Marco that are second to none. Originally a 19th century flour mill, this recently restored property also boasts a fabulous al fresco rooftop pool. Benefiting from an enviable location on Giudecca Island, the short boat ride to Piazza San Marco is spectacular in itself.
