Caligula Hot Rock
Offering a unique dining concept. A piece of volcanic rock that has been heated for several hours is brought to your table. You then have the choice to cook your own dishes from a choice of the freshest cuts of meat and fish, such as Australian loin of lamb, Black Angus beef ribs, Cajun salmon steaks and pesto crusted tuna steaks. During the evening classical Latino music is played. After 11pm the music becomes more upbeat, playing salsa and more contemporary Latin rhythms.
