First timers to Skiathos, but unlikely to be our last. This is an exceptional hotel that has exceptional staff. Nothing was too much trouble and all so very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Aggeliki who greeted us and served each morning at breakfast. Friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble for her. An absolute credit to the hotel. Another mention for Yanna (hope that’s how she spells her name) who kept our room spotless and created many presentations with the towels and flowers on the bed each morning. To them both, along with all the other staff, thank you for making us so welcome and making such a positive impact on our stay. After the flood devastation at the beginning of September we did wonder what we would be arriving to. The hotel as well as the main town of Skiathos was very clean and tidy. Little evidence of the floods, however you could see where issues had been. You can see from the 2* review earlier this month, some of the devastation, sadly the is not positive but I will say well said from the general manager in response to the review! A credit to all the locals who were clearly intent on getting as back to normal as quickly as they could. The hotel is well placed and served by a local water taxi from the beachfront to the main town and a local bus service with a stop right at the front of the hotel for the town or the other end of the island to Koukounaries. A lovely selection from the buffet breakfast restaurant and a nice selection of lunchtime snacks available from the bar area. We were bed and breakfast and travelled in to the town where there is a large selection of good restaurants and bars. The hotel is well situated for exploring the island and whilst we did not make use of a number of the facilities it is certainly a hotel to thoroughly recommend. I’m sure all other amenities are up to standard as well. We had a wonderful stay and would certainly recommend and return. One minor negative which didn’t really impact us was the lack of coffee and tea making facilities. Given this is a 5* hotel I would expect these to be provided without an additional charge. Thank you to all the staff, you are a credit to the hotel.

Excellent resort and position near beach. Brilliant service and very attentive staff. Thank you. We stayed in suites with pool and terrace which was so relaxing. Our requests were readily attended to. Being there just a short time after the floods the place was spotlessly clean

Just back from a week in Skiathos. Our stay at KBR was awesome. All the staff is very friendly and attentive. large selection of food for breakfast and a good delicious menu for lunch and dinner. very clean hotel, big pools with an option of swimming in the sea. 10min boat taxi to skiathos old town otherwise the bus stops outside the hotel. The mini gym is also perfect for a good workout. I highly recommend this hotel not only for a fly and flop relaxing holiday, but also for whoever wants to explore more the island.
