The Ritz-Carlton, Abama is both luxurious and classic and offers much to travellers who leave nothing to chance. Rising out of the landscape like a pink palace, the huge resort is set back from the beach, but this only adds to its superlativeness. The vast gardens, where you’ll find seven swimming pools, are an oasis of calm and offer lots of cosy corners. If you do want to dive into the Atlantic Ocean, then a quick walk or ride on the panoramic funicular will get you there in less than 10 minutes.
