Welcome Meeting / Wedding Day
On the day following their arrival, the couple will be invited to a welcome meeting to meet the wedding coordinator. It will also be necessary to complete a Declaration Application form.

At the same meeting the wedding coordinator will discuss the couple’s requirements for the wedding day in detail. At this stage the couple may book any optional extras they require, receive advice on what is available for the wedding reception and discuss the options available. This could be anything from a modern or traditional restaurant to a yacht or catamaran reception.

On the following day the Wedding Coordinator will meet the couple at the Townhall to complete the paperwork and make the payment to the clerk for the marriage license. For those marrying in a Civil Wedding, this will give the couple a chance to view the venue.

For those marrying in a Church, the couple will also need to attend a church interview with the vicar/priest and church co-ordinator.

On the Wedding Day the Wedding Coordinator will arrive at the couple’s hotel approximately one hour before the ceremony with the fresh flowers. The coordinator will ensure that all of the guests have transport at the correct times and will bring the bride down to meet the transport. The photographer will be at the venue to take photographs as people arrive.
