I have worked for Sovereign for nearly 10 years now. To say I love travel is an understatement. I have tried my hand at various roles, before finding my passion as a PA. I have been enjoying this role for two years and counting. My love for travel takes over outside of work, too. I try and get away as often as possible, from city breaks away at the weekends to big family holidays. Portugal is a firm favourite with my family – we go back most years, though we do try and throw a new destination into the mix every now and then.
As well as travel, I really enjoy food and going out for dinner with friends. I always look at the foodie options when I'm picking a holiday too – for me, it’s one of the most important selling points!

Most memorable travel experience
I will never forget the day I spent on a private catamaran in Barbados. I swam with turtles and viewed old shipwrecks – it was amazing.
My favourite destination is the Algarve. I love going to the beach, and in the Algarve they have the most gorgeous, secluded sandy beaches. I also love the contrast of the modern marinas with the traditional fishing villages. The food is fabulous, too.
Favourite Sovereign hotel
I love the Blue Palace, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa in Crete. They have the best champagne breakfasts! The views out across Spinalonga Island are incredible, too. What I love the most about it, though, is its location. You can enjoy an evening in one of the lovely restaurants at the hotel, then head into the local village of Plaka for a couple of drinks – again, enjoying that view of Spinalonga.
I enjoy visiting more than one place in one trip. If, like me, you love Greece – don’t stop at one destination. An easy multi-centre holiday I can recommend is teaming the Athenian Riviera with any of the Greek Islands. There are so many ferry and flight opportunities. I did the Athenian Riviera, then got a flight to Chania in Crete and drove to Elounda – it was great.
Favourite hidden gem
Seitan Limania Beach near Chania, Crete. This beach is one of the most isolated in the area. It’s approximately 15 minutes’ drive from the airport and a slight hike downhill. It’s worth it though; it’s beautiful.
I would love to experience a crewed yacht charter around Croatia. I have wanted to visit Croatia for a few years now and a yacht charter would give me the opportunity to see as many of the islands as possible.
