I have been part of the Sovereign team for the past seven years, working in a number of departments before moving into my role as PA three years ago. I really enjoy my role here – it’s fast-paced, no two days are the same, and I work with the loveliest team!
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, shopping for new dresses, going to the gym and eating out. When it comes to travel, I love a city break – and whenever I’m in a new city, I am very good at hunting down a chic rooftop bar. I love enjoying a cocktail or two overlooking a city skyline.

Most memorable travel experience
Last year, I travelled to Dubai and Ras al Khaimah with my step-sister. In both destinations, we stayed at Waldorf Astorias. This holiday was going to be the ultimate girls holiday – and wasn’t it just!
The Waldorf Astoria in Ras al Khaimah is like Aladdin’s palace and we were truly made to feel like princesses throughout our stay. We enjoyed pedicures, cocktails and relaxing on the beach at the hotel, as well as venturing out and enjoying dune-bashing and shopping.
What made this trip even more magical was that we were joined by our parents. During a meal at the Madinat Jumeirah, my dad proposed to his now fiancée before the four of us were whisked off on a limo tour around Dubai! It was the most special holiday I’ve ever had.
Greece – I just love it. I love the beautiful scenery, the blue seas, the amazing food and the friendly people.
Favourite Sovereign hotel
My favourite hotel is the Belmond La Residencia. This hotel is just magical and makes you feel special. The minute you enter the property you sense luxury, but not in a lavish, over-the-top way. It’s elegant, classical – and simply perfect.
Top travel tip
Don’t forget that there doesn’t tend to be any entertainment on short-haul flights, so download your favourite film to your phone or tablet to help pass the time.
Favourite hidden gem
Symi is a small island located between Rhodes and Kos. It’s easily accessible by ferry, and well worth visiting for the day. It offers up a really traditional Greek experience.
