Arrive in Rome and hop into a private transfer to your chosen hotel.
The city’s reputation precedes it, so you may already have a wish list of sights in mind – places like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Roman Forum, Sistine Chapel and St. Peter’s Basilica.
If you’re an art lover, book tickets to the Villa Borghese Gallery, which houses a fantastic collection of marble sculptures and statues, or take a guided tour of the treasure-trove Vatican Museums.

You’ll also have time to dip in to the dining scene, which spans everything from down-to-earth trattorias to atmospheric aperitivo bars.
After a final morning in the Eternal City, you'll transfer to the port of Rome, where your luxurious Silversea ship awaits.
In the evening, you'll set sail for your first port of call: Sorrento. Here, we'll arrange another complimentary Sovereign experience for you.
From there, it's on to Sicily and the town of Taormina, where you'll have a day to explore this clifftop town or perhaps take a Sicilian cooking class.
From Italy, you sail on to Greece, and the port of Katakolon – gateway to the ruins of Ancient Olympia.
You'll have the afternoon and evening to spend here, so there'll be plenty of time to tour the UNESCO-listed ruins of ancient temples and sporting arenas.
On day eight, it's on to Sarande in southern Albania, with its Mediterranean vibe and ancient ruins to explore.
The next part of your cruise is spent visiting the Croatian cities of Dubrovnik and Split on the Dalmatian coast.
In Dubrovnik, we'll arrange a complimentary trip to the Elaphite Islands, a group of three small islands where you can swim, relax and enjoy and flora and fauna.
Move on to Split the next day and explore this historic city set in the walls of a 3rd-century Roman palace.
Your cruise ends in Venice, where you arrive at 8am. Take a private transfer to the airport or to a hotel if you have chosen to spend a few nights in this beautiful city.
