Located on the unspoilt Northeast Coast, The Verandah Resort & Spa provides the perfect location from which to indulge in some peace, tranquillity and relaxation. Scattered within 30 acres of lush green gardens, 179 low-rise suites form Antigua’s flagship eco-friendly resort. Overlooking a powder-soft beach and turquoise bay, the resort borders the Devil's Bridge National Park, which is home to a stunning rock formation that has become a landmark of the area. Well-adorned and spacious suites feature private verandas from where the natural surroundings and beautiful views are best enjoyed.

All Inclusive - what's included

Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. All beverages (some name-brand liquors, house wine and sparkling wine by the glass, Caribbean beers, tropical coolers and soft drinks). Non-motorised water sports (windsurfing, snorkelling, kayaking, hobie-style catamarans, pedaloes, stand-up paddle boats and water hammocks). Tennis. Mini golf. Entertainment some evenings including movie nights and live music. All gratuities, taxes and service charges.

Buccaneer is the resort's family-friendly restaurant, offering an a la carte lunch or dinner in relaxed surroundings.

Nicole's


Opening Times:
Dinner: 18:30 – 22:00

Dress Code:
Elegant (long trousers and collared shirts). Long trousers, dresses, skirts. Dress shirts with long or short sleeves. Dress Shoes or Dress Sandals.

Nicole's is all about cosy fine dining in an intimate setting. Red hues and inviting seating provide the perfect backdrop for a romantic meal, with a wide range of authentic Caribbean dishes on offer to suit a variety of tastes. Special occasions are made extra-special by upgrading to the ocean view dining area.

 

Seabreeze


Opening Times:
Breakfast: Buffet 07:30 – 10:30 (Continental up to 11:00)
Dinner: 18:30 – 22:00

Day time: Shoes are worn and bathing suits are covered and dry.

With cool Caribbean styling and lofty vaulted ceilings, the Seabreeze Restaurant is a cool and relaxed venue open daily from morning until late, when a varied buffet is served.

Bars

The resort has four distinct bars, each in wonderful surroundings and offering a wide range of libations. The main lounge bar is by far the most popular, combining a spacious setting with beautiful views of the resort.

Swimming Pools

The resort boasts Antigua's largest freeform pool. Nestled in the heart of the resort, the pool is only moments from the beach, and offers plenty of terrace space for lounging, and paddling space for when you fancy a dip.

There's also a family-friendly children's pool area, complete with fun mushroom fountain, so your young ones can splash around to their heart's content.

Beach

With two white sand beaches, the Verandah Resort is an oasis for fans of the beach scene. Beach loungers are available for a comfortable sojourn, and the sea's crystal clear waters prove popular for snorkelling and swimming.

Spa & Wellness

Tranquility Body & Soul Spa


The resort's spa is a charmingly petite complex, equipped with three boutique rooms offering wonderful views of the surrounding area. Guests are able to enjoy a wide range of treatments in this privileged setting including face, body and massage therapies.

Activities & Entertainment

Mini Golf


The resort offers guests a beautiful mini golf course, set throughout the tranquil grounds of the resort site. Waterfalls, ponds and winding pathways abound, making every game a feast for the senses.

Tennis


The Verandah Resort & Spa features two night-lit tennis courts, as well as professional training from tennis pro Qwame Lewis. Equipment is provided free of charge, but guests are more than welcome to bring their own should they wish.
