Saadiyat Rotana Resort & Villas

We stayed at Saadiyat Rotana for the second time at the end of October 2023 for 10 days in a room with a sea view. It was actually even nicer than our first time in the Hotel. The hotel has again made many improvements and upgrades. All the staff knew that we were there for the second time and did everything to make our stay even more special. This hotel leaves nothing to be desired. We were told that celebrities from all over the world regularly stay at the hotel. No wonder. Several times a day, the room service has everything perfectly spruced up, the breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, you can have drinks and the best food served throughout the day via a QR code, and the dinner in the various restaurants cannot be topped in terms of quality or ambience. Simply a dream. Everything on the beach is well-kept, and the division of the zones into couples, families and the area for guests with suites means that there are no inconsistencies on the beach. The pool with pool bar is wonderful. The only drawback: on weekends, people from outside can book into the breakfast and pool area. On these days it is a bit crowded in the hotel but completely acceptable. We thank manager Henry for making our stay so special again (he is one of the reasons why we will definitely come back) - we especially thank Murod from the reception (whom we remember from his time at Turtles Restaurant at our first stay) for his professionalism. We would like to thank Aman, the best and most hard-working bartender. During this vacation, we ate at Hamilton's particularly often, and we would like to thank Liri and Ayab for their excellent service. We also tried out the spa area this time, what can we say? The spa has already won awards, I have never had a better treatment anywhere. All the staff in every area of the hotel, without exception, read every wish from your eyes. We can only stay at the Saadiyat Rotana in Abu Dhabi, because we would be disappointed at any other hotel.

The service at Nasma beachbar is excellent. Drinks, food, music is excellent. Have to say quality of cocktails have increased day by day. Anass, Abdul, Yash, Oriol are doing an awesome job. Good asset to the company. Best of luck in the future

This hotel really does deserve its 5* status. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the restaurants are Amazing with such a lot of choice for every taste. The staff are so friendly and go out their way to be helpful. The beach is gorgeous, we spotted a pod of dolphins one morning. Special mention to Manipal at the beach restaurant, such a nice man to runs a great Bar/Restaurant. Our only complaint was the lack of entertainment in the evening. It would be nice to have a singer at the beach bar. Congratulations to you all on this Amazing hotel.
