CUSTOMER IN THE UK YET TO TRAVEL:
If you’re due to fly with Monarch on your upcoming holiday, we understand that this will be unsettling for you, however we would like to reassure you that we have a dedicated team working hard to book all of our affected customers onto alternative flights. In order to do this as quickly as possible we will be prioritising bookings by departure date.
Weekend opening hours:
We are open on Saturday 7th October from 0900 – 1630, and during this time we will only be handling bookings that are travelling in 2017, if you are travelling in 2018 we do ask that you wait for a call from us next week.
For 2017 departures, you can get in touch with us on 01293 845544. This phone line will be closed on Sunday.
