The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked from our quotations and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. For package holidays that do not include travel by air we provide this security by way of a bond held by ABTA
Other services such as hotel or flights on their own may not be protected and you should ask us what protection is available
We will provide you with financial protection for any ATOL protected air package or flight that you buy from us by way of our Air Travel Organiser's Licence, administered by the Civil Aviation Authority ('CAA'). When you buy an ATOL protected air package or flight from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate.
