16 years, I specialise in Greece and Italy.

1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
Had too many to really pick one! A few stand outs would be a fantastic lunch at the Blue Palace Hotel in Crete, a lovely little Fish restaurant on the Sea front in Corfu – Bacchus, and beautiful Greek salad meal in Daios Cove!
2. What is the best thing about being abroad?
The different cultures, time to relax, and not being led by the clock!
3. Where would you go next and why?
Corfu, I went there for work and I would really love to go there on my own holiday to experience more of the sites.
We've been finding people their own slice of paradise for 50 years, and like to think we're pretty good at it.
