1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
Sharing meals in Crete at the Blue Palace hotel. The restaurant is next to the ocean, and feeling the sunshine on my face, while enjoying the immaculately crafted Burrata salad with the freshest ingredients was truly magical.
2. What is the best thing about being abroad?
The food, experiencing new cultures, and finding hidden gems.
3. Where would you go next and why?
I would love to go to the Canary Islands and have a chance to get to know the different areas and what makes them unique.
