6 years, I specialise mostly in single centres, they’re what I know most about, particularly Greece.

1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
Lunch at the Italian restaurant Maccaroni in Sani Resorts Marina. The setting is lovely and the authentic Italian cuisine is sensational.
2. What is the best thing about being abroad?
Being able to escape from the real world.
3. Where would you go next and why?
Mauritius, I’ve never been before and it looks so beautiful. I want to learn more about it as a destination. It intrigues me that there is always something to do. I love learning about new cultures, and I think Mauritius offers a lot in terms of discovering its history and learning more about its people.
