22 years and I specialise mostly in the Greek Islands.

1. What was your most memorable holiday meal?
The most delicious seabass in Madeira.
2. What is the best thing about being abroad?
Feeling the heat hit you when you get off the plane, you know you’re in for a world of fun in the sun.
3. Where would you go next and why?
Domes Noruz Chania in Crete. I am really looking forward to staying in Chania. It has a wonderful covered marketplace where you can find fantastic local trinkets and treats. There is also a shell beach near Chania that looks completely pink which is so unique.
