Take day trips to Victoria Falls, which is located in neighbouring Zimbabwe and is thought to be the largest waterfall in the world. You can also visit the Okavango Delta, which is a large swamp with some incredible wildlife.
Spend a relaxing few hours fishing and catching exotic local varieties of fish before releasing them back into the river.
Expert guides will take you through the fascinating landscapes of the bush in open top 4x4 vehicles. You can see lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes and more.
About the location
One of the world’s least populated game reserves, Chobe National Park is teeming with unique wildlife, birds, insects and landscapes. En Suite Room

Went on an a Mercury holiday to Botswana, Zimbawe and Cape Cape total of 17 days. spent 5 days in this lodge doing various trips jeep drive safari through flood plains along side of Chobe river twice a trip on the chobe river . Saw amazing sights all kinds of animals, birds etc. A nice lodge to stay moved onto Zimbawe stayed in elephant hills hotel for 3 night visited Victoria falls . took helicopter ride over falls as well as the walk truly amazing. Went down to Cape Town for remainder of our stay.

Although we stayed at Chobe Safari Lodge, we walked across the road and enjoyed a divine dinner at the restaurant at Chobe Bush Lodge. We ordered steak, shanks, etc. The service was excellent and all the dishes ordered were tasty and delicious. The dishes were well priced. Ideal for a lovely dinner.
