Sani Dunes is the newest addition to the award winning Sani Resort, which lies on the Kassandra peninsula in a 1,000-acre nature reserve. Built in 2017, the 146 luxury rooms and suites sit just metres from a soft, white sand beach and feature handcrafted furniture, natural fabrics and views over Sani Marina and the Aegean Sea.
Guests have access to the facilities at Sani Village, which is built around a pretty marina. This includes pools, gyms and a stretch of pristine sand that leads down to the sparkling water. Sani Dunes guests can use the resort’s collection of swimming pools. You can spend the whole day by the lagoon-style pool which has a bar, dedicated children’s area, and plenty of sun loungers. Enjoy the sandy beaches at the resort, which have sunbeds, towels and showers for guests to use. There’s also a Beach Buddy service so that you can order drinks and snacks directly to your sun bed. Parents can also make use of the Babewatch service, free for the first 30 minutes, and let trained staff watch over your children while you kick back and relax.
The Crèche is an early years care service run by the in-house experienced Little Guests team. Focused on providing the youngest guests with new experiences to spark their curiosity!

Private babysitting is available from 18:30 each evening during your stay. This is charged at €15 per hour, payable directly to your babysitter. For babysitting after 22:45, there is an extra charge of €15 for taxi transport. Maximum 3 children per sitter and if there are two children under one years old, a second babysitter will be required. Sessions can be booked online or via the Sani Resort app.
A private nanny is also available 7 days per week until 18:30 pm each day, and is available upon request, subject to availability.

Designed exclusively for teens aged 12 – 17 to enjoy some independent fun, located in the buzzing Sani Marina and open from 10 – 10 every day, the Teen House offers young guests a superb range of activities, or the chance to chill out at their own snack bar and make new friends.

Sani Dunes guests can pay a visit to the resort’s state of the art spa, which features exclusive Anne Semonin treatments. Trained staff can design tailor-made treatments for you, including aromatherapy massages with essential oils. The spa boasts nine private treatment rooms as well as a pool and thermal area with a sauna and hammam. For a romantic treat, book the couples’ suite with its own steam bath.
