About the location
The most chic of Greek towns, Mykonos’ island capital is its stand-out destination. Gleaming white buildings, boutiques and galleries tumble down the hillside towards a pretty harbour, where dolphin-spotting cruise ships bob beside fishing boats. Quaint corners like Little Venice (so-called for the houses that hang over the water’s edge) are a treasure trove of art and eateries. Home to several must-see museums (the archaeological museum in particular) holidays in Mykonos Town are all about wandering its labyrinth of streets, popping into Greek tavernas and soaking up the sunshine on the seafront. We recommend picking up a few souvenirs while you’re at it – shoppers’ paradise Matayianni Street is bursting with independent little shops selling leather goods, jewellery and local wares. The surrounding area is steeped in Greek myth; if you’re interested in exploring, pay a visit to Delos, a UNESCO-listed island said to be the mythical birthplace of twin gods Apollo and Artemis.

We absolutely loved staying at Bill & Coo for our honeymoon! The views were amazing. The rooms were very high tech which we loved! The breakfast was BEYOND delicious!!! The service was INCREDIBLE, we were the last ones to stay at the resort for the season and they gave us a departing present. The manager Christina was so sweet and gave us all of these recommendations about our next stop Athens. Our server during each breakfast and as soon as we arrived at the resort was Dimitris and he was THE BEST, so sweet and accommodating! Our only issue was that the location was about a 5-10 minute walk from town and there were no sidewalks. They do provide a shuttle service to town but it's $5 each way. We ended up renting a car to explore the island and the resort was able to assist with booking a rental car which was great!! Other than that we had an amazing time at Bill & Coo, we would definitely recommend it and would love to go back soon!

From the moment you step onto the Bill and Coo property you will instantly feel relaxed. There is a fantastic view of the ocean from numerous places on the property. This was the hotel from our 3 week honeymoon through Greece! The staff was top notch, I felt like I was in a movie! Iliana catered to everything we needed, from arranging a rental car, to giving us dinner recommendations, to ordering (and delivering) our ferry tickets. She was like a personal assistant!
The breakfast was exquisite! Everything you order is perfectly cooked! I highly recommend the rice pudding, it became part of my daily order.
The only downside to this resort is the walk to/from town at night. It is very dark, gets narrow at a few points and the road is decently busy. I would recommend walking into town before dusk and then arranging for a ride home (either by taxi or having the hotel pick you up). It gets a bit nerve racking at points.
