Beach and Pool
Grand Anse Beach
The world famous Grand Anse Beach is just moments from your room. This beach is popular with locals and visitors, and is lined with almond trees, providing shade when needed. The sand is white and powdery, the water bright turquoise, and there are not shortage of activities to enjoy such as water skiing, parasailing, kayaking and snorkelling.
There is plenty of space around the pool to find a lounger and relax with a drink from the pool bar, and parasols for when some shade is needed.
Restaurants and Bars
All inclusive dining
There are two restaurants at Coyaba;
- Carbet Poolside, open air dining serving a la Carte menu, and features favourites like "Catch of the Day', soups and specialty salads.
- Arawakabana Vast international buffet with international dishes and local Grenadian cuisine.
Breakfast and lunch a re relaxed and casual, but guests are asked to cover swimming costumes and men to wear a shirt. Evening dress code is elegantly casual. Men are required to wear trousers, collared shirts and closed shoes.
About the location
Grenada is blessed with some of the worlds most stunning beaches, but none more so that Grand Anse. There is a mile and a half of white powdery sand, and the sea tends to be calm and shelves gently. It’s a popular beach, but even so it is big enough to always find an uncrowded spot. There are a host of bars and restaurants to retreat to when the sun becomes too much or you can cool off with a variety of watersports that are readily available.
Coyoba has large beachfront gardens right in the middle of this stretch of paradise. And there are lots of local bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.
10 minutes from Grenada airport
Housed in pavilion-style buildings with Caribbean style decor, air-conditioned rooms are scattered throughout the lush grounds. Rooms are available with either garden or ocean views, and all rooms have a private balcony or terrace and facilities include cable TV, safe, telephone, mini-fridge and hair dryer.
Ocean views will sleep up to 4 people, and garden / pool view up to 2 people.

What an a amazing time we have just had at Coyaba Beach Resort. The customer service is 5*. Absolutely every member of staff is friendly, helpful, informative and will stop and chat whenever they see you. It makes you feel very special. Particular mentions go to Roderick, Kiriana, Dwayne, Nigel, Roel and Willen. I just wish I could remember more names to thank. We traveled the week before Christmas and stayed through to New Year's Day. Week one was exceedingly quiet but it felt like you had paradise to yourself so no bad thing. We were also happy when the hotel was at full capacity on New Year's Eve. Always plenty of sunbeds and the most amazing white sand beach to laze the day away on. The New Year Gala was absolutely spectacular with a live band, 5* food and fireworks on the beach at midnight, we couldn't have asked for more. Rooms are not enormous but for the 3 of us, 2 x adult and 1 x 6ft teenager, we had plenty of space. Fabulous maid service. The island itself is very active in protection against covid so we felt safe out and about. A lot of attractions on the island aren't currently operating due to lack of tourists but the hotel will point you in the right direction and we had a couple of great days out. River Tubing (a must do) and snorkeling on a catamaran. The capital St George's is only 15 minutes away on the bus and is great to explore although the steepest hills I've ever come across! We honestly have had the best time and made lots of new friends. Many of the guests were returning visitors who visit every year and I can see why. Thank you to ALL at Coyaba for the best Christmas holiday! I almost forgot to mention that the spa ladies do a fabulous Swedish massage to add to the relaxed feel. Absolute bliss and not a single negative point to make. Also, a massive bonus is only a 10 minute taxi (driving slowly) ride from the airport to the hotel. Thank you and hope to see you again!

Just returned from 11 night stay at the Cotabato beach resort and what a great resort this is. It has the best location on the best beach on the island. It has a great team of staff who are polite and courteous and will have some fun. 20 yd???s from your bedroom to the dining room and the beach, brilliant. In the current climate with the restaurants only covered with a roof and curtains to the sides provided a open air felling with good air flow. Checking was smooth, rooms are great with air con, cleaned and made up daily. The gardens are well maintained. Food was good and all foods were covered until they were served to you. A supermarket and bank across the road. The locals were friendly and giving compliments of the day. Made you feel welcomed in their country. There were a few beach vendors who were polite as we were to them. There is a covid test centr about 10 minute walk away. Special mention to Willian from guest services who was very helpful. Good advice on trips. The only issue was a group of obnoxious American medicine students from St George???s University who made it uncomfortable for the guests on the beach who considering their training did not know the meaning of social distancing. It???s a public beach. If the Cotabato manager reads this, please pass on my compliments to your staff for making our stay a great one. Merry Christmas and stay safe.
