Joy Island

Beautiful island which is maintained by wonderful staff who are friendly competent and gorgeous. The accommodation is lovely we stayed on a beach villa which had its own pool and sun loungers on the beach . The pools were lovely with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely guy from Nepal who waited on us . The water is clean, clear and blue . Food was out of this world the staff were lovely and attentive. Hilson was our concierge and he organised things very quickly if we asked him anything. The only point I would say was the outdoor activities like volleyball and aqua Zumba need to be sorted as the guy was unreliable. Had a taster of scuba diving and kayaking which were fun .

We spent 6 wonderful days at the Joy Island resort, together with our 7 and 4 year old daughters. Despite the fact that it is a new resort, it charmed us and immediately won our hearts. We were accommodated in a beach villa with a pool. The rooms were beautiful, new, cleanly furnished. The beach is just a step away. We requested cleaning twice a day, the minibar was regularly replenished. The food on the island was familiar, always delicious and fresh. Adults and children always had a choice. What we missed a little during lunches, but especially dinner, was that there was no pizza. The children would have been happy with it. The all-inclusive package was a little weaker compared to other resorts. The big advantage of the resort was the animation programs, both daytime and evening. You never get bored there. Our girls loved visiting the kids' club. Very well furnished and organized. They were able to spend whole days there. There is a great team led by Mary. Hi Mary. We also greet you and thank you and your entire team for the kind approach you gave to our girls. They remember you with great love. They miss you. A big thank you also goes to Dita in the dining room, who was always helpful, kind, and always positive. As for the surroundings of the resort - Joy Island has a beautiful beach, with a rich marine life. A great place for snorkeling with children because of the shallow water. The island lacks more greenery, it came to us so deserted. The flora is in the growth stage, I believe that it will improve over time. Despite minimal mistakes, we spent beautiful moments on Joy Island that we will remember for a long time. Thank you Joy Island for allowing us to be a part of you.
