Gorgeous property, wonderful hosts. The folks here have got hospitality down to a science :) Everything was taken care of. We landed early and even before the official check in we were sipping pina coladas :) We had initially wanted to book all three nights at the water villa but based on the advice of our RM at Thrillophilia, we decided to spend one day at the water villa and 2 nights at a Beach pavilion with pool access. This really worked out as the water villa ( while incredible and a must-try) is a bit removed from the main resort / restaurant area. The beach pavilion was great ..well designed.. loved the super easy access to the pool and the beach. What I absolutely loved was that they clean your room twice a day ( because all those sandy walks and dripping wet clothes tend to mess up the room) Watching the breathtaking sunsets from your deck was just icing on the cake. The bar by the pool was fantastic. Ashish the bartender was super helpful and made sure we were always buzzed :D The resort has this concept of a sundowner bar that pops up at secret locations every evening. Doss mans the bar and he whips up one mean cocktail after another. Fun chap, very friendly :) The last day we were at the water villa ...an experience in itself. Silent mornings , dipping your feet in the ocean and watching sting rays and fish swim past .. jacuzi on the deck ... complete privacy .. wonderfully done. The resort is spread across three islands.. even on the main island ... there are enough pools to laze by.. each pool has a different ambience and each is attached to a bar.. We had taken the all inclusive full board.. the restaurants have international buffet .. you can choose to go a la carte if need be. Props to Sanjaya who was always there to take care of us during the meals. PS: The all inclusive alcohol (full board) does make sense if you are decent drinkers.. We were having pina coladas for breakfast :D Its just less painful instead of having to sign etc every time. We took a spa experience too. My husband opted for the tension relieving massage and i opted for the abhyanga, While both the therapists were great.. the abhyanga massage was not like the ones we get in india.. but it was super relaxing. Loved the ambience of the spa and the couples therapy area. The highlight of my trip had to be my Scuba diving session. Migey was SUPER super supportive and patient. I was panicking but he made this one of the most memorable experiences of my life. His regard and marvel for the ocean and the universe beneath the waters is infectious :) We opted for Maldives as we just wanted to relax and chill. We were also celebrating our 25 the anniversary and wanted some quiet time together. This worked out perfectly. Special thanks to Thrillophilia .. very professional and stress -free service.

Had a really lovely time. Location great, hotel amazing, rooms fantastic, the team and people are wonderful. Peaceful and just what the doctor ordered. I must say the House Keeping & Restaurant team are stars. In particular.... they are so great at their jobs + smile + helpful & friendly. These three were top notch!!! Thank you, Appu, Suravanan and the amazing Sri Lankan chap who looked after us at breakfast.
