The vacation was amazing. The staff was very helpful and even left me a kind note about my impressive spanish skills as an english speaker. Marisol, Tanya, and Angel of the Wire left the note and did an amazing job working all the jobs they did.

We had dinner and lunch at a variety of restaurants from all three resorts and we were delighted with the menu, presentation and quality of the food. We have been members for more than 25 years and have come to expect a sense of family wherever we go. This was very visible at the Gondola, Caribeno and Cusco restaurants. It certainly is nice when the hostess recognizes us and welcomes us to their restaurant. The following were exceptional staff: Enrique our DC did a great job in ensuring that all the reservations and appointments were made prior to our arrival. Luis and Ever were again excellent Butlers, taking care of all our requests and making sure our stay was most enjoyable. Our butlers came every day and met us at the pool to see if we needed anything as well as making reservations for our spa treatments and restaurant. They were extremely pro-active and kept in touch through Whatsapp. On several occasions when transportation from one place to another was not readily available, they drove us to the restaurant. Without Luis and Ever our vacation would have been much less than exceptional. We dine at several restaurants and the several sommeliers were very helpful in finding the “right” wine for our food or when the wine we requested was not available. We got to experience some excellent wine we did not know especially the Mexican wines. Those sommeliers were: Carlos, Alejandra, Martine, Mauricio and Roberto. Alfredo, our Pool Concierge, took great care of our needs around the pool. Alfredo had both of our cabanas ready every day and was always accommodating for us. Alfredo was always keeping in eye to see if our cabana was under the shade of umbrellas and kept moving them as the sun changed position. Gerardo our waiter at the pool was very observant and ensured we always had our favorite beverage available. At the Gondola, the Captain Ana, the hostess Fernanda, the waiter Marvin, Alejandra at the juice bar and the cook Jose were always great at recognizing us and ensuring we had great service with a smile. At Cusco, the Captain Celia and Regina were very prompt in picking us out of the queue and directing us to our table. Unbeknown to us Celia went to the Grill to get us our favorite ice cream since their ice cream machine was out of commission. At Caribeno, the Captain Carolina was always helpful in ensuring we had a table reserved at the Caribeno and the Beach Club. At Agra, Eduardo and Felipe were able to ensure we had a great experience by choosing for us both food and wine. We enjoyed their selection.

This is such a large property that having access to golf cart drivers is wonderful. Most of the drivers are very friendly and love to answer questions and get to know you along the ride! Our favorite drivers are Roque, Saul and Florenzio. Whether it is picking my husband up for golf in the morning, taking me to the spa or picking us up for dinner, they have been on time for each and every pick up. We look forward to seeing each of them when we visit! We appreciate the cart manager accommodating our requests for Roque, Saul or Florenzio!
