Jiva Beach Resort

We travelled as a family of 3 in October 2025 - 2 adults and a 15 year old. Our room was a standard double with a third bed, which was a bed settee of ample size and comfort for a teenage boy. The main bed was enormous and very comfortable, all with crisp white linen. In comparison to the size of the bed, the duvet was more like a postage stamp, but we were easily able to get an extra duvet and pillows with a call to reception. The room had 4 USB ports and ample further power points, lots of mirrors and lamps. The bathroom was a standard size, but with a large walk-in shower of very good standard. The decor was clean, modern and well maintained - daily cleaning was good. The communal areas and swimming pools are again modern and well maintained - everywhere is spotless. There is one pool area with cushioned sunbeds, and the other pool areas have standard sunbeds. I make an assumption that the cushioned area is perhaps a quiet or adult area - if this is the case the lifeguards need to intervene when the kids from the heated pool maraud across the area! There are plenty of sunbeds and it isn't necessary to do the 6am rush, but prime spots are best reserved before breakfast. The private beach also has a good number of cushioned sunbeds.. we visited a couple of times but prefer the pool area. The beach is primarily pebble. There is a public beach immediately adjacent to the hotel's. Hotel and beach security is discreet but visible. The bars are all very nice but there is a lack of covered areas if the weather turns. The range of available drinks is very good and the staff work tirelessly. Evening entertainment is very good in comparison to what we have experienced in supposedly comparable hotel's in recent years, with professional shows every evening.. our favourite was the White Party. We ate in the main restaurant for most meals, with the exception of an evening in the Bubon alacarte - which was very nice albeit very hot, even at the end of October. The main restaurant is very nice. The range of food is vast and of very good quality.. the occasional dish could have been warmer, but this wasn't a significant issue. It does get busy at peak times but this should be expected. The stars of the restaurant are the staff. Most drinks are table served rather than self-dispensed and I did wonder if this might be frustrating at busy times.. I couldn't have been more wrong. We were lucky enough to sit in Yunus' section on our first morning, and sat there every breakfast and lunch for the rest of the week. He was amazing.. always finding us a table even when it was busy. I found it a challenge to get close to finishing my drink before he refreshed it. He worked his entire section the same way without ever looked rushed or stressed.. he is exceptional and a fine ambassador for the hotel.. it's a shame he doesn't work in the evening too! When we were looked after by other restaurant staff in the evening who were great too. All of the staff from Reception, bars, maintenance and restaurants provided an impeccable level of service without exception. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider returning.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent ??? it was our first holiday to Turkey and Jiva beach was perfect for us. Hotel facilities are amazing, so much going on - something for everyone - but it doesn???t feel too busy and congested. Food was amazing - buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of range of options and quality of food. Always easy to get a seat for any meal, we were often served by Yunus who is a credit to the team. Beach bar and Paprika were great for lunch too. Lagoon bar great for pre- dinner drinks in the evening and offers a great Aperol spritz and alcohol free mojito. Coffee cart was a great addition to the facilities - will miss my daily oat milk iced caramel macchiato! Would recommend this resort for any age group. Would definitely recommend the resort for any age group.

Stayed here a week late October and booked a attic room was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Room was a little small just was nice. Always plentiful at breakfast lunch and dinner and food exceeded expectations. The beach bar was lovely aswell for lunch as this is off a normal Al a carte menu. Cocktail and drinks are good and plenty of options then lagoon bar was a nice touch in an evening. Resort was always clean and staff always milling around tidying and cleaning, on the beach and in the pool areas. Location was great as a short walk into calis then you can get a water taxi over to fethiye. My only cons would be the entertainment in the evening was awful and who thought of the idea to put a loud stage in the middle of the hotel with rooms surrounding this? It got really loud most nights even with the door closed so if you are a early to bed person you won't get any sleep until 11.30/12ish. The hotel was still super busy when we came late October queuing for evening meal table in the buffet each night, iknow it can't be helped when there's so many people but still annoying coming so late on. We tried one of the Al a carte restaurants, was a nice change but meat ect wasn't much different I would rather go out to eat.
