Wonderful 5 Star experience for a family

What a perfect holiday. When visiting a hotel for the first time you read reviews and research various experiences some good some bad, but it???s when you get there that the experience really comes to life. The rooms are excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms are perfection, the cleaner we had in the X219 was there all week, and she knew the times we would not be in the room and the room was always cleaned whilst we were out so to not interrupt our day. The staff are very respectful and always happy to help, Cabriel (probably spelt wrong) was on the beach pergolas on Monday 27th which we got for our daughters birthday, he made her day with how he treated us all. Then Hasan, in the snack restraint at the side of the pool on the final day when it rained (28th) was so accommodating to a young child who is fussy at eating, as there was nothing she was finding she wanted he ran over to the beach snack bars to get her chicken nuggets and chips, (we know all kids like that) but he did this in the rain, and if you was there you knew how hard it rained, but he made sure she had what she wanted and made sure it stayed dry on the way back, but he didn???t stop there, he then ran to the towel store by the pool to get bags of towels for everyone who was there to keep them warm and dry, all whilst wearing a T-shirt, not a care for himself just for the people who were there, his customers. The room decoration was magical for my daughters birthday, and the Chinese restaurant staff on Sunday 26th also made my daughters day when the lights dimmed down and a spot light come onto the table we???re sat at and the staff come out singing happy birthday with a cake, something we didn???t even know they were doing. Everywhere was always clean and tidy, the food was great (even for a fussy eater) and the stay was perfect, we enjoyed it so much that we have booked again for April and we are taking more of the family this time. Can???t wait to get back and experience the hotel again. See you in April Liberty Fabay
