Grand Hyatt Dubai

As always, the service was amazing, truly exceptional in every way. This continues to be the best hotel, and the entire team deserves great appreciation for maintaining such high standards!

Very nice hotel with professional staff's hotel's with amazing food service definitely looking forward to come back again

Peaceful visit on the outskirts of Dubai. We previously stayed here in 2019, so had an idea of what to expect. Disappointing the water park wasn???t open. We split our stay between here and Delano on bluewaters island for this visit to Dubai. We used the free bus to Dubai mall and got an Uber back to the hotel. We also got an uber to Wafi mall which is only a few minutes away, handy to stock up on snacks and drinks (they have a large Carrefour supermarket). We also visited the frame while at this side of Dubai. We did half board, the food was great at the market cafe restaurant, nice variation of foods, I ate so much. I didn???t like any of the desserts, but that???s just me. I wanted to mention lissa who was one of the waiters, she was so polite and helpful, I noticed her giving tips about the mall to other family???s, she???s an asset to the hotel, and remembered my drinks order each night. Pool area is nice and clean not as big as our previous visit as part of it has been lost to the water park. Some building noise but not too much. Room was large and clean, Balmain shower products provided. You need to call if you want a turn down service. We really enjoyed our stay, nice addition with the free cold water near the towel collection point. Tempted to visit again soon once the water park finally opens. But stay for less nights as not too much close by. We enjoy JBR or the city area near the metro so can get out and about more. Hotel is great if wanting to have pool time. There???s bowling, cinema and a large soft place in the building in front of the hotel (2 min walk) ideal For somthing to do in the evenings, we did bowling and the darts with our son. Drinks were also normal prices here. It???s not really advertised by the hotel which is strange as ideal for families.
