JA Lake View Hotel

Lovely hotel with amazing facilities and staff (especially Shehon and Darause). Only downside was the nearby driving centre which was loud in the evenings and the late night parties held by the marina which went on until the small hours.

We had a lovely time at 81 Restaurant today. The ambiance was relaxing, the food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent. Special thanks to Biken for going above and beyond ??? very attentive, polite, and always checking if everything was perfect. Great hospitality.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Lake View, the hotel, rooms and grounds were well maintained and very clean. From the first moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant served a good variety of food and the staff so attentive, even to the point of remembering our name. We also ate at the Spanish restaurant where the meal was delicious and also the Republic Gastro Pub which had a great vibe and very good food. The staff at the Republic were so attentive even bringing a drink of Honey and lemon to soothe my wife's cough. We also used the BiBi roof restaurant which is a must to visit, I don't know why the hotel doesn't advertise it more in-house, it's a great place to unwind after a long days chilling by the pool. While it would be unfair to mention particular staff as they are all so very nice, friendly and attentive but one one guy Res at the adult pool stood out with how he greeted you and then laid out towels on your sunbed. He also offered to change the angle of your beds to get the sun and would move your brolley to protect you from the sun if you dozed off. He is also a very nice man. Any business is only as good as it's staff and the staff at this hotel are outstanding. The only comment in terms of what could have been better was if the shuttle bus driver who takes you in to Dubai announced which Mall you were at when he dropped you off as there were a couple of incidents of confusion as to where we were. I would say he was a brilliant driver in the Dubai commuter traffic. I feel mean writing about it as everything else was perfect. Finally a word of thanks to all of the staff we came in contact with as you do a wonderful job and you should all be very proud of yourselves. The management at the hotel should very proud to have them working at their hotel.
