We visited Ocean View for 10 days to celebrate a milestone Birthday. My family and I had previously stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and had fond memories of the quality and high standards this hotel sets. The staff at that time were exceptional. For this stay I can state that the standards haven't slipped the hotel is very welcoming and every member of staff greets you with a smile and hello which is nice. They look after you very well and you feel right at home. From checking in to the staff at breakfast it was amazing. The food at breakfast was second to none. They have this process were you don't have to wait for eggs they take your order as you sit down and bring it to you. So clever as in previous hotels there is always a queue at this counter. Big shout out to. Sarvesh for his hard work and constant care and attention to his work very welcoming and always happy to help. Also to Sumanth always smiling and on hand to help and make sure we have everything we need. These two in the restaurant are an asset to the hotel. Also wanted to mention Raj who was there from housekeeping he ensured and always asked with a smile whenever I saw him if we needed anything again an example of the hotels great hospitality. Overall excellent stay

The hotel is very clean, with great facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Khmer Lal who was always on hand to help.
All in all, would definitely stay here again.

Our room had balcony with sea view and always cleaned every day with fresh towels & water thankyou.. lifts always working well & 4 in total..we was on 16th floor.
We used the metro to visit burj Khalifa which was amazing views over Dubai.
Very central location with supermarkets short walk away.
Assistant manager very curtious on our stay here..Will definitely be back again soon.

This was our second stay at the JA Ocean View Hotel ??? our first was in October 2024 on the 19th floor, and this year we were lucky enough to stay on the 25th floor with a fantastic view of Bluewaters...
This was our second stay at the JA Ocean View Hotel ??? our first was in October 2024 on the 19th floor, and this year we were lucky enough to stay on the 25th floor with a fantastic view of Bluewaters Island and JBR Beach. I was with my Support Worker, this break was a real treat, and standing on the balcony felt incredible ??? the atmosphere was electric, with stunning views of the beach during the day and a dazzling, colourful skyline at night.
The room was spotless, fresh, and had everything we needed ??? from great air conditioning to plenty of lighting. Our housekeeper, Raymeesn, was exceptional; the room was cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh towels and a constant supply of bottled water.
The hotel???s location couldn???t be better ??? just a 2-minute walk from the beach and right around the corner from the tram stop, which connects to the DMCC metro and beyond. (Tip: grab a Nol card ??? it???s a cheap and easy way to get around Dubai!)
All in all, JA Ocean View Hotel is clean, comfortable, and fantastic value for money. We???ll definitely be returning next year. The hotel has everything you could need ??? restaurants, an Italian deli, a coffee shop, swimming pool, hair salon, Greek restaurant, and pizzeria. Plus, Dubai itself offers endless shopping malls, caf??s, fast food outlets, and restaurants to explore.
Overall, the JA Ocean View Hotel is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the staff are absolutely superb ??? friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Couldn???t recommend it more! 🌴???
