Nana Princess

Where do I start! Wow! This has been a holiday of a lifetime for me and my partner we have had the time of our lives! From the moment you get here to the moment you leave regardless of whether you’re in entry level accommodation or the high end you will be treated the same… like royalty! We are sat here on our last night pricing up to come again. I have eaten a lot of steaks in my life, my gut will agree for sure, but We went to ‘meat in point’ restaurant which held the best steak I’ve ever tasted by a long shot. If you are considering the tomahawk do it! You will not regret it I promise there are no words for how succulent of a cut it was I nearly cried it was so good. As for the ‘Eternal Blue’ seafood restaurant we were not too sure what to order so the waiter helped us out am I’m so glad.. the octopus was suck a great call this also made me cry with joy!! I wouldn’t normally consider myself a foodie but I am now for sure. The best part of this was was definitely the staff. Michalis the f&b manager was my type of guy.. great humour.. great guy I had a good laugh with him and also would like him to be my dad. Alla and Sophia were definitely the 2 shining stars.. always there and making sure everyone is happy and have everything you need. Everyone at the total were overly amazing but not too much. This has been probably one of the best time of my entire life and will never forget this experience. The pictures for this resort does not do justice.. I mean they look awesome but you can’t feel the vibe in pictures and this place has just that!! A relaxing, no judgement, VIP experience you will struggle to find anywhere else. Also the hotel manager Demetre was such a pleasant guy never too busy to make sure we had every we needed and was enjoying our stay. There is an overwhelming atmosphere I genuine care.. nothing fake the staff here genuinely care about you and your stay they are very proud of working here it’s so obvious. I would also highly recommend the Artemis lounge too.. live music, cigars, shisha and pretty much every drink you could imagine! I divulged in all of this and enjoyed every second!! Especially the shisha.. if that’s your thing. There is a supermarket literally across the road from the main entrance, plus vehicle hire. Everything you want at the end of the phone just ask and they will supply. The beach is max couple mins walk and very accommodating bar. Also jetskis and peddlos and other water sports available from the beach. The fact everyone has a private saltwater pool is pretty amazing.. it is perfect. There’s so much more I could write about this place but I’m off to enjoy my last night here. Again many thanks to Alla, Sophia, Michalis, demetre and all guys in the restaurants and bars you have all given us such great memories and a holiday that will be tough to beat. If you are looking to stay here do it.. you will not regret in the slightest and will only wish you booked longer Thank you Nana Princess for everything and we will see you soon!!!!

This place is outstanding, the staff, the food, the atmosphere, the facilities - everything is wonderful and I don’t feel like I have enough words to explain it. You have to come here - it’s paradise and the best holiday I have ever had - I can’t wait to return to this beautiful hotel and island. Special mention to Sofia and Alla in Guest relations, Mr Michalis the Food and Beverage manager, Mr Dimitri the hotel Manager, Galatia in Reservations - you are all wonderful and exceptionally kind people, you make this place special. Every single member of staff has been lovely. We used the spa and ate in the restaurants- Meat In Point and Eternal Blue…some of the best food I have ever eaten. The spa was fabulous and the staff again were lovely. You have to come to this hotel - nothing else compares! We will see you all again… hopefully soon! Thankyou for everything - our stay was perfect!

Rooms, food, and general experience were excellent. Especially Sofia from the guest relations Heating pool available only for adults, they have sister hotel with excellent facilities for children’s, located 1 min walking with direct access.
