About the location
Tucked into Majorca’s sheltered northern tip, Puerto Pollensa is a traditional village with a luxury twist. Its sandy caramel shore sits against the backdrop of blue-grey mountains, with a colourful seafront promenade lined with palm trees and beach bars. Seafood lovers, head to the marina – it’s got some of the best fish restaurants on the island, as well as a handful of chilled-out wine bars. Look out for local specialties like salted cod, squid and oysters – fresh from the net to your plate. If you’re up for a change of pace, Puerto Pollensa’s old town (Pollensa) is around a 15-minute drive away, and is home to a cluster of narrow streets, galleries and a café-lined square. It’s the ideal spot for a day of sightseeing, people watching and climbing the famous Calvario steps for views across Puerto Pollensa.

We have been so many times over the years, to the Hotel and the apartments. This time it was a short break for us, 5 days(4 nights) an "extra" holiday for us in April. We had a sea view on the 4th floor and boy was it worth the little extra cost! Fantastic Manager and all staff looked after us again, and nothing was too much trouble. We go back to Puerto Pollensa every year, and we can't get enough of this wonderful place and the Hotel setting. We had lovely full breakfasts with plenty of choice for both young and old. It was great to be recognised by the Manager and the staff, even bumped into a maid while shopping in local supermarket and she came over and spoke to us. We often say it's our second home! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone, you are more than just a guest when you stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location, and we were glad we paid the extra for a sea view with balcony, worth every penny. It combines old world charm with modern facilities. Lovely spacious room with extra seating area, TV and fridge, although would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
The breakfast were excellent with everything you could wish for from the hot and cold selection. Although coffee from the machine could have been better. The bedroom and public areas were always very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
In reply to Gordon S's review, we were in room 161 and had an great view! See photos attached!
This was our first visit and won't be our last!
