Luxury Christ Church Holidays

Where local traditions and culture meet abundant nature

Christ Church

Holidays in Christ Church will take you to the south of Barbados. There you’ll find plenty of beaches and hidden coves to explore. For those who want to relax in the peace, there are plenty of beaches to enjoy with little or no other people on them. The crystal clear turquoise waters also make it an ideal destination for snorkelling and scuba diving, where you can see plenty of marine life, including turtles.

After a busy day of soaking up the sun, wander along the beachfront, where you’ll find many bars and restaurants. Taste some of the delicious rum-based cocktails as you listen to the live reggae music. For those dining out, the seafood is particularly delicious – using only the freshest caught fish. Be sure to visit Oistins Friday Night Fish Fry to enjoy a truly local experience of fresh fish combined with a buzzing street party.

Of course, luxury holidays in Christ Church aren’t just about gorgeous beaches and tasty food, there are plenty of opportunities to shop too. Head to the Sheraton Centre, with over 120 shops – including plenty of upmarket boutiques and designer stores, it’s the perfect place for treating yourself. There are also plenty of shopping boutiques in the lively city of Bridgetown, which is just 20 minutes away.

Lewis Parker

You can't visit Barbados without getting into the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. I'd recommend a catamaran trip up the west coast, where you can spot sea turtles and sip rum punch.
