This year, you can get a more intimate experience as you join the resort’s Executive Chef and farmer to handpick your own ingredients from the garden and enjoy a hands-on cooking experience with them, before sitting down at the communal monastery table to tuck into your creation - with a glass or two of the local organic wine, of course!

You can also join the resort’s innovative chefs for an open-fire cooking session, where the flames and fresh ingredients deliver a delicious dance of the senses.
